Formaro Trieste S.r.l. was founded in March 2010 thanks to the adaptability and the entrepreneurial spirit of Paolo Cherbaucich and Manuel Vidotto who, after one door had closed, literally built another. Their efforts were bolstered by the support of two well-established companies, Formaro Spedizioni S.r.l. of Pordenone and Trasporti Bravo S.r.l. of Trieste, both of which fully embraced the newly emerging business. 

The company continued to grow and in September 2012, for the first time since its founding, the staff welcomed their first collaborator who would prove to be only the first of many. The Company has constantly been expanding ever since, hiring other collaborators and upgrading the skills that they contribute to the company. This growth is also driven by the continuous rise in operating volume, a direct result of increased customer trust and satisfaction. 

When the company became self-sufficient and its business was well-established and ready to stand on its own, Trasporti Bravo, having fulfilled its original support objective, decided to step down from the board, leaving the founders and Formaro Spedizioni S.r.l. to continue with their corporate goals. However, they maintained an excellent commercial relationship based on mutual trust and understanding.
